Data deletion instructions

Delete your data

You can delete your Veritas account and associated profile data using the steps below. Some records may be retained where law requires (e.g., tax or fraud logs).

1. Open Veritas on your device and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account (or equivalent) and choose Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion prompt. Your session tokens will be revoked.
4. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete cloud data—always use the in-app deletion flow.
5. If you cannot access the app, email thinh@thinis.de from your registered address with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify ownership before erasing data within 30 days.
